Do you accept returns?

As every item we sell is made-to-order, unfortunately we cannot accept returns at this time apart from product defects or quality issues.

 

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please send us a message and we'll be happy to assist! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you notice an issue with the print quality, please let us know and we'll make it right. Contact: info@malmadethis.store

 

Where is the rest of my order?

If your order contains multiple items, they will likely ship separately and therefore arrive in multiple packages. You will receive a tracking number for each package (with the exception of stickers and bookmarks, which ship via untracked USPS mail).

 

Why doesn't my tracking number work? 

Please allow a few days for your tracking number to start working (it can take a few days for carriers to get packages sorted and scanned in!). If your tracking number has not had any updated scans in the past 7 days, please reach out so we can look into it on our end. 

 

My package shows "delivered" but I don't see it anywhere. What do I do?

Shipping carriers may occasionally misdeliver/misplace packages, or leave them in an unusual place near your house.
Before reaching out to us, please:
Check behind plants and around corners for any packages that were sneakily placed
Ask your neighbors to see if they have received your package by mistake
Reach out to your local post office to inquire about your missing package
If your package has still not been found 7 days after being marked as "delivered", please follow up with us for the next steps!

 

Can this design be done on a tote bag/t-shirt/sweatshirt?

Absolutely! Any t-shirt design you see in our shop can be printed on a tote bag or sweatshirt, and vice versa. Please message us and we'll be happy to create a custom listing for your item.
